      Listed by Prof Kearney and included in Appendix 7 to the Town Planning Scheme. a studio was built above the garages obliterating the view of the house from the street except from the oblique angle. Internal alterations had also been permitted by the municipality before the KZN Heritage Act (10/1997) was implemented.
      The Heritage Officers Committee regraded the site IIIb on the 06 April 2022. Grading by: Ros Devereux
