A cell biologist by training, I now run the NPO CodeMakers and the SuperScientists project. SuperScientists is a science education and inspiration initiative in which living scientists are drawn as superheroes and made into a variety of media. We have made a comic based in the Cradle of Humankind and are now making an animation.
