Balwin Properties Limited proposes the widening of Solomon Mahlangu Drive (M10) from the N4 to the R104 and the construction of a new off-ramp loop from the eastbound carriageway of the N4 in a southern direction towards Silver Lakes, including stormwater and related infrastructure. The works are situated in the east of the City of Tshwane, Gauteng Province on portions 51, 151, 167, 645, 729, 730, 732, 733 and remainder of portions 149, 165, 398 and 529 of the Farm The Willows 340 JR and Portions 33, 49, 142, 144, 147, 243, 250, 252 and remainder of portions 35, 139 and 241 of the Farm Zwartkoppies 364 JR inside registered road reserves.
