Proposal Description
The Admiral designed & Built the first Aeroplane (in Africa) in this house. It is one of the oldest houses in Brandfort. During First World War he took part in South Wet African Campaign and was awarded the honorary title of Rear Admiral. The house is significant as a place where the first aeroplane in South Africa was assembled and where Weston's greatest contribution to aviation in South Africa took place.
