Incorporation of Prospecting Rights into Mining Right for Kalgold Mine in the North West Province

The Kalahari Goldridge Mining Company (Pty) Ltd operates an open-pit gold mine approximately 55km southwest of Mafikeng in the North West Province. Kalgold holds a Mining Right for this operation and an additional two Prospecting Rights near this operational mine. Kalgold intends to consolidate the two Prospecting Rights into the existing Mining Right and undertake prospecting activities within a portion of one of the Prospecting Right areas. These activities will include the drilling of 46 drillholes and the associated clearing of vegetation. The drillholes are arranged into seven transects.
