Amorosa Residential Development

Mr JS van Niekerk, the applicant for the township establishment on Portion 1 of Holding 25 Amorosa Agricultural Holdings IQ, appointed Environamic CC to conduct the necessary Environmental Studies for the proposed development in terms of the National Environmental Management Act (NEMA), Act No. 107 of 1998, as amended, and the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations (2014) as amended in 2017.The proposed development is to construct 19 residential units on the property and the township will be known as Amorosa Extension 57, in Gauteng.
