The proposed development entails demarcation of sites in Mtititi on the remainder of the farm Plange 221-LT for the purposes of residential areas, schools, public open space, business and church on an area of approximately 14.94 hectares under the jurisdiction of Collins Chabane Local Municipality in Limpopo.
