Development of a retail truck stop on Portion 41 of the Farm Klipeiland 524 JR within the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality (CTMM), Gauteng. The proposed facility will be on a site which is 2.91 hectares (ha) in extent. The proposed retail truck stop will serve trucks travelling on the N4 and R25 roads.
