Proposed Integrated Residential Development on portion 55 and 59 of the farm Tenbosch 162-JU, Komatipoort, Mpumalanga

The Department of Human Settlements (DoHS) is proposing an integrated development of approximately 1 900Ha in extent on portion 55 and 59 of the farm Tenbosch 162-JU, near Komatipoort, within Nkomazi Local Municipality, Mpumalanga Province. The development is proposed to consist of various land uses such as residential, commercial, business and industrial use. A large portion of the proposed development area have already been transformed by agricultural activities; however, the portion to the north of the Ngweti River is still untransformed.
