Botha's Hill Convenience Centre

The proposal is to construct Bothas Hill Convenience Centre comprising Service Station and associated infrastructure, including a Retail Centre on Erf 363 Bothas Hill, eThekwini Municipality, KwaZulu-Natal. The proposed project will include fuel storage tanks [2 x 46 000 liters ULP], 1 x 46 000 liters diesel all underground and totaling 138 000 liters, pumps, concrete paving & canopy, convenience shop, a retail centre with shops, food outlets/drive-thru, kitchen, toilets, car wash, and parking area. The height restriction for the area is 3 stories.
