Fresca Farms Development Portion 4

The proposed development site is 73.23112ha in size and intended to be transformed into an Orange Orchard. The site was previously used as a game farm and consists of small shrubs, scattered trees and a variety of grasses.
Vegetation has been cleared on site as follows:
• 6.6ha cleared completely to make room for the orange orchard.
• 0.4ha cleared to make room for a dam that will form part of the irrigation network.
• 12.1ha partially cleared of small shrubs to make room for the orange orchard.
Total amount of vegetation cleared: 19.1 hectares.
