Fresca Farms Development, Portion 39 & 40

The proposed development site will occur over two properties that lie next to each other. The first property, Blaauwbank Farm, Number 241, Portion 39, is a total of 70.2356 hectares. The second property, Blaauwbank Farm, Number 241, Portion 40, is a total of 69.5091 hectares. Together the total area intended to be cleared is 139,7447 hectares in extent. The site was previously used as a game farm and consists of small shrubs, scattered trees and a variety of grasses.
Vegetation has been cleared on site as follows:
