Development of a Road and Associated Infrastructure at Fable Smallholdings

Iron Property Group (Pty) Ltd are applying to the Department of Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs to extend an existing gravel road on their property. The road traverses a watercourse and therefore Environmental Authorisation is required. The road is 285m in length. There are no heritage features on site, which is old agricultural land however the site fall within a high palaeontological sensitive area hence AMAFA have been notified.
