Additions and Alterations to 58 Beaumont, Bluff, KZN

The owners would like to replace the roof as it is an old untreated timber roof whilst adding a new entrance area and awning by back door. They would like to extend the garage from a tandem to a double with an awning. The staff quarters have been abandoned and unused so they would like to extend them and clean them up. The pool and gazebo are for entertainment for their family.
