Glenwood South East Sector Housing Development

The proposed project is a Greenfield Development and has a total extent of approximately 49.59 hectares. The proposed development will entail the construction of approximately 378 free-standing BNG residential units, approximately 2564 BNG Walk-up units, an internal road network, stormwater infrastructure, and the installation of pipelines for the transportation of water supply and waterborne sewage. Other proposed land uses include the following: community facilities, education facilities, places of worship, mixed development, municipal, and transportation services.
