Kirkney HIA

The proposed development entails the establishment of a township in Kirkney under the jurisdiction of the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality in Gauteng Province. The proposed township establishment is located on on portion 136 (portion of portion 110) of the farm Zandfontein 317-JR on an area of approximately 7.88 hectares. However, the proposed development will only utilize an extent area of 1.63 hectares for the erection of residential facilities, roads and open space.
The proposed activity includes the installation of the following services: Construction of houses, electricity, Sewage, roads, storm water, bulk water services, and solid waste collection.
