Cato Ridge land development and release project, eThekwini Municipality

The Cato Ridge Development Company Ltd (“CRDC”) (a wholly owned subsidiary of Assmang (Pty) Limited, proposes to develop and release 350 hectares of land across three phases within a study area in the Cato Ridge area. The intention is to develop and make land available for a combination of logistics and warehousing land uses for future end users. In order to service the development, various bulk service infrastructure installations and upgrades will be required. Required services will form part of the project scope, and will relate to sanitation, water, electrical and stormwater infrastructure.
