Alterations & Additions to Main Building for Electrical and Mechanical Upgrades

The proposed works is to upgrade the electrical lighting and fittings to match current technologies and energy saving fittings, while bring the building inline with current regulations. With that, a generator will be installed to keep the precinct running during national load shedding. The generator will have a housing built to accommodate it and protect it from the elements. Further to this the existing mechanical air handling systems will be upgraded to current energy saving technologies, while at the same time replacing broken and redundant units.
