Selahle Consultancy and Projects (Pty) Ltd (SCP) as an independent environmental consultant was
appointed by Tamsospex (Pty) Ltd, to undertake the Environmental Impact Assessment process for
the Proposed Housing Development in Cosmo City Extension 8, in Johannesburg, Gauteng Province
of South Africa. The study area is located on Erf 8998 Cosmo City. The proposed study area falls
within the jurisdiction of the greater City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality, Gauteng
Province of South Africa.
The proposed housing development will entail the following but not limited to:
