Bela Bela HIA

The proposed development entails establishment of a commercial park on the remainder of the portion 25 of the farm Hetbat 465-KR within Bela-Bela Local Municipality in Limpopo Province.

The proposed commercial park involves clearing and preparing an extent area of approximately 539 hectares, which will include the following infrastructure:
• 13 x Business 1 – Business buildings and other uses as approved by the Local Municipality
• 3 x Commercial – As approved by Local Municipality
• 4 x Municipal – Existing Airfield, Waste Water Treatment Works and Landfill Sites, Sewer ponds and Cemetery
• 1 x Institutional – Skill training facility and Ancillary Uses
• 25 x Industrial 1 - Approved by Local Municipality
• 1 x Special - Amphitheatre
• 5 x Servitude area – servitudes
