The project is a Greenfield Development and is situated within Ward 18 of the Msunduzi Local Municipality and is approximately 7.5 km south of Pietermaritzburg. The site is predominantly vacant with a residential dwelling situated on the south western portion of the site.
The proposed development will result in the clearance of vegetation for the construction of the following:
• Approximately 552 housing units
• Approximately 560 parking bays
• Construction of internal roads as well as stormwater infrastructure
