The proposed development is situated on an extent area of 3 hectares; however, only 0.97 hectare will be cleared for the establishment of a Police Station on part of portion 4 of the farm Metz 75-KT in Ga-Sekororo within the Maruleng Local Municipality. The proposed development site is currently vacant and boarded by a clinic and a shopping centre. The site can be accessed via the D21 road from the main road (R36).
