Proposed Additions and Alterations on Sub 3 (of 1) of Lot 2746 - 227 Retief Street

We are proposing a new building to cover the whole existing house as indicated on the proposal. We would like to cover most parts of the site. Most of the properties and adjoining properties have already been zone business. Proposed additions and Alterations are for SUB 3 ( OF 1 ) OF LOT 2746 Pietermaritzburg
