We hereby formally apply for the amendment of the Environmental Authorization that had been issued to PMG Mining in terms of Part 2, Section 31, of the EIA Regulations (2014) and the process to be followed should be in terms of Section 32 of the National Environmental Management Act, 107 of 1998.
