Proposal Description
The proposed solutions as per the annexed drawings, will be to repair the roof related issues and leaks per the below list:
· Replace broken/ damaged roof tiles with new
· Replace damaged roof sheets with refurbished/ new roof sheets
· Fully repair tiled and sheet metal roof valleys, and waterproof correctly
· Repair damaged box gutters, and waterproof correctly
· Repair damaged flat roofs, and waterproof correctly
· Install new soaker and stepped flashings on tiled roofs
· Replace damaged and missing flashing on sheet metal roofs
· Repair tiled roof ridge caps
· Repair turret & dormer roof structures, including flashings and roof covering
· Repair/ replace gutters and downpipes
· Repair roof eaves and barge boards
· Waterproof the protruding wall canopies/ mouldings
· Install new hail guards over box gutters
Where possible it will be done as a like for like basis, using existing materials and fixings when permissible.
