Goldwind New Energy South Africa (Pty) Ltd, is proposing the development of a Concrete Tower Manufacturing Facility and Precast Facility (CTMPF), and associated Infrastructure to service the authorised Sutherland Cluster of Wind Energy Facilities (WEFs) namely, Sutherland WEF (DFFE Ref:12/12/20/1782/2); Sutherland 2 WEF (DFFE Ref:12/12/20/1782/3) and Rietrug WEF (DFFE Ref:12/12/20/1782/1) in the Northern Cape Province.
