REQUEST FOR REPATRIATION OF VINCENT MANDLA KHUMALO’S REMAINS FROM ZAMBIA

The restitution and repatriation of human remains and heritage objects/documentation by national government (the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture,) shall be implemented through the Repatriation and Restitution Office (RRO) to be established within the South Africa Heritage Resources Agency (SAHRA). The restitution and reburial of human remains initiated by provincial governments shall be implemented by the Restitution and Repatriation Office to be established within the SAHRA working in conjunction with Provincial Heritage Resources Authorities (PHRAs) or equivalent structures.
