Proposal Description
SunSolar (Pty) Ltd is proposing to construct a solar energy facility that will be named Doringplaas Solar and will be incorporated as Doringplaas Solar (Pty) Ltd. SunSolar (Pty) Ltd has appointed New Environmental (Pty) Ltd as the Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) to undertake the necessary public participation process and required environmental authorisation application as regulated in terms of the National Environmental Management Act, 2008 (NEMA), as amended and the 2014 NEMA EIA Regulations, as amended.
