    Graphic pop art work, in the form of the cartoon style popular at the time with the Ben-Day dots, text balloon and  onomatopoeic gun sound sound shown (CRAK!) Depicts a woman in a beret, as possibly a French Resistance member during the Second World War. Inspired by a story written by Bob Haney and illustrated by Jack Abel in Star Spangled War Stories #102 (Apr./May 1962). Text translated is ' Now friends, for France!'
