Rectangular crossbar, flat at centre and raised at narrow ends. Decorated on the flattened narrow ends with a series of black lines, and outlined on the underside with a black line. Lugs small, blackened rectangular blocks. Column is a flattened truncated cone with the apex pointing downwards. Base rectangular and convex.
