The applicant was informed that the architect must submit floor plans and elevations of the church as well as a site plan. However, since the owner of the site, does not have sufficient funds to allow an Heritage Architect to do the drawings, it was decided that the owner must submit the most recent drawings of the elevations of the church, the floor plan of the church as well as the site plan, that they have with them.At present the Amafa Research Institute is busy to improve our registry and it, although the Institute had plans of the Hall application, we could not find it at present. The ideal would be if the owners of the church could submit their latest plans that they have, before they made this roof application. We can then work from those maps. Depending that no changes were made illegally.
