ILLEGAL ADDITION AND ALTERATION; AS WELL AS NEW PROPOSED WORK BEING AT R38 OF ERF 230 BEING AT 38 MOUNTAIN VIEW AVENUE, MORNING SIDE, BEREA, DURBAN.The KZN Amafa and Research Institute (The Institute) reviewed the application on the 13 September 2023.Please be advised as follows: -(1) The heritage practitioner is required to distinguish between work that was done illegally (as is evident on the photos and Google Earth Pro) and work that must still be done: for work already done, illegally, Form I must be completed and an amount of R4000 is payable; For work that is still outstanding, Form A must be completed.(2) The architect must send drawings for work already completed and uploaded as part of Form I as well as work outstanding, uploaded as part of Form A.
