The committee requires revised plans that incorporate some of the features of existing and surrounding properties.
The applicant is required to submit previously approved drawings that match what is existing or a Form I application is required to rectify the failure to obtain prior approval for the changes that are visible from the photos submitted and confirmed during the site inspection.
The applicant is further required to provide motivation for the proposed 2 storeys and possible alternatives to revise the plans.
