Interim Comment
The SAHRA Archaeology, Palaeontology and Meteorite (APM) Unit requests the EIA documents and appendices to be submitted so that an informed comment can be issued. Further comments will be issued upon receipt of the above.
The proposed development is underlain by an area of insignificant sensitivity for palaeontological material in terms of the SAHRIS PalaeoSensitivity map, and therefore no further studies in terms of the possible impact to palaeontological heritage resources is required.
