Interim CommentThe SAHRA Archaeology, Palaeontology, Meteorite Unit notes the dBAR and HIA with the recommendations provided therein. It is noted that a a kml. detailing the geographic location of the proposed project is attached as apoint data source. As such the application cannot be subjected to Palaaeontigical Assessment through PalaeoSensity Maps. SAHRA's APM Units has noted that the palaeosensity of the area is low/insignificant as recorded in the specialist report. Therefore, it is requested that a kml. polygon file be submitted for Palaeontological assessment.Further comments will be issued upon receipt of the above.
