SAHRA has no objection to the proposed repair of structural cracking and spalling on of brickwork and concrete. Inclusion of external handrails and balustrades where required. Replacement of existing asbestos roof. Inclusion of new firefighting equipment (new FHR, fire extinguishers and signage) New paving and external structures to external walkways in Vista High School, Bo Kaap, Cape Town, please note that any changes made to the final design before the commencement ofconstruction must be disclosed to SAHRA for assessment.
As a condition, a close out report must be uploaded to the case on SAHRIS within 30 days of completion ofthe project with photographic evidence of the changes made.
