As per section 38(2)a of the NHRA, SAHRA requests that a Heritage Impact Assessment be conducted for the proposed development. No further assessment of the impact to palaeontological resources is required due to the disturbed nature of the soil.
Further comments will be issued upon receipt of the requested HIA.
