Final Comment The SAHRA APM Unit acknowledges receipt of the Final BAR report and comments provided therein in relation to the potential impact of the proposed development on heritage resources. SAHRA would like to state that since the applicant has submitted a Final BAR and had not undertaken a Heritage Impact Assessment for the proposed development in terms section 38 of the National Heritage Resources Act (25 of 1999) and did not afford SAHRA an opportunity to comment on the application during the public participation process, SAHRA reject the application and advices the applicant to forward this comment to the competent Authority.
