SAHRA has no objection to the proposed alterations and development of the Boschendal FE9. The Built Environment Unit finds the following satisfactory and in alignment with culturally/heritage sensitive design and development:- Concept design and building plans- The visual impact assessment, which demonstrates the the proposed development will have minimal impact visually on the Cape Winelands Cultural Landscape - The landscape concept and report, which indicates the use of endemic species therefore contributing to the conservation the heritage/aesthetic value and significance of the  Cape Winelands Cultural Landscape 
As a condition, a close out report must be uploaded to the case on SAHRIS with photographs of the completed works. Should there be any deviation to the proposed alterations and development, SAHRA must be contacted immediately.
