Interim CommentThe SAHRA Development Applications Unit (DAU) notes that the HIA and PIA will be carried out in the EIA phase, and awaits the submission of both reports along with the draft EIA report and it's appendices to the case on SAHRIS when they are available for public review.It must be noted that the HIA must be undertaken by a suitably qualified archaeologist and the PIA must be undertaken by a suitably qualified palaeontologist.
