Interim CommentThe SAHRA Development Applications Unit (DAU) acknowledges receipt of the Scoping Report but request that the following to be submitted in terms of section 38(3) of the National Heritage Resources Act (25 of 1999) as part of the EA application process:The HIA report summarised in the draft Scoping Report.The study area is in a region of negligible palaeontological significance according to the SAHRIS palaeomap as such, there is no requirement for an assessment of impacts to palaeontological resources.
