Interim CommentThe SAHRA Development Applications Unit (DAU) notes the submission of the Scoping Report and the Heritage report to the case. The SAHRA requires the submission of a report that assesses the impacts to palaeontological resources, such an assessment must be undertaken by a suitably qualified palaeontologist and the report must comply with the 2012 Minimum Standards for Palaeontological Impact Assessments.The case will be processed further once the the PIA, draft EIAr and the appendices are submitted to the case.
