The property, together with the old Magistrate's Court building thereon, described as follows:
(a) Certain piece of freehold land, being Lot 20, situated in the Township of Barkly (now known as Erf 349, Barkly West), in extent 324 (three hundred and twenty-four) square metres; and
(b) certain piece of land, being Lot 19, situated in the Township of Barkly (now known as Erf 350, Barkly West), in extent 782 (seven hundred and eighty-two) square metres.
