The piece of land, with the buildings thereon, situate at the corner of Independent and Dirkie Uys Streets, measuring 100 feet by 100 feet, being a portion of certain piece of land situate at Bredasdorp in the Division of Swellendam, being part of the land marked La M (now known as Erf No. 707, Bredasdorp), measuring 143 square roods 8 square feet.
