The old water-mill, including the land on which it is situated, as well as 55 metres of the mill-race, situate on a portion of certain piece of abolished quitrent land in the Division of Fort Beaufort, being Erf 902, Fort Beaufort. Deed of Transfer T34005/1981, dated 10 August 1981 (para. 3).
