(ii) Certain land, situate as above, being the remainder of Erf 147, Hanover, in extent one hundred and sixty-two (162) square metres.
(iii) Certain land, situate as above, being the remainder of Erf 192, Hanover, in extent three hundred and sixty-six (366) square metres.
