Description The Victorian house. situated on certain piece of abolished quitrent land in the Municipality and Division of Paarl. being the remainder of ERF 4425, Paarl. Historical and architectural interest The original portion of this house was initially in the Cape Dutch style and dates from the beginning of the nineteenth century.
