(a) Certain piece of land, situate on Hospital Hill, Port Elizabeth, in the Municipality of the City of Port Elizabeth, Division of Port Elizabeth, known as Strangers Location Lands, being Lot 54 of Subdivisions 1 to 64 (now known as Erf 2228, Port Elizabeth Central), in extent five hundred and forty (540) square metres; and
(b) certain piece of land, situate as above, known as Strangers Location Lands, being Lot 56 of Subdivisions 1 to 64 (now known as Erf 2230, Port Elizabeth Central), in extent five hundred and thirty (530) square metres.
