The Public Library building in Port Elizabeth, including a strip of three metres of land on the southern side of the building, situate on the following properties:
(i) Erf 1886, Port Elizabeth Central, sitaute in the Municipality and Administrative District of Port Elizabeth and measuring one hundred and ninety (190) square metres;
(ii) Erf 1894, Port Elizabeth Central, situate in the Municipality and Administrative District of Port Elizabeth and measuring four hundred and six (406) square metres; and
(iii) the Remainder of Erf 1895, Port Elizabeth Central, situate in the Municipality and Administrative District of Port Elizabeth and measuring four hundred and sixty-five (465) square metres.
