The Hexagon, situated on a portion of the Remainder of Erf 1, being the original commonage granted to the Municipality of Queenstown, and described as the Hexagon: beginning at the point where the prolongation of the northern boundary of Robinson Road North, abutting Erven 4400 and 685, meets the prolongation of the boundary of Erf 2959; thence in a south-easterly direction along the boundaries of Erven 2929 and 1042 until it meets the prolongation of the boundary of Erven 1209 and 1199; thence in a south-westerly direction along the boundaries of Erven 1199, 1209 and 4447 to the prolongation of the boundaries of Erven 550 and 3694; thence in a westerly direction along the boundaries of Erven 3694 and 550 until it meets the prolongation of the boundary of Erf 472; thence in a northerly direction along the boundaries of Erven 472, 410 and 416 until it meets the prolongation of the boundaries of Erven 360 and 3697; thence in a north-easterly direction along the boundaries of Erven 3697, 360, 365, 367, 3819 and 242 until it meets the prolongation of the boundaries of Erven 685 and 4400; thence in an easterly direction along the boundaries of Erven 4400 and 685 until it meets the point first named, but so as to exclude the areas contained within the blocks of erven bounded by Erven 673, 652, 2782, by 651, 2639, 2643 and 2299, by 2659, 601 and 4647, by 3238, 578, 3035 AND 573, by 3023, 394, 397 and 409, by 368, 388, 4396 and 379, and by the remaining area which is coloured dark on the plan filed in the Deeds Office and the office of the National Monuments Council.
